Private hire

If more that 24hrs, passengers can modify or cancel their reservations online for a full refund. A 3% credit card processing fee will apply. Same day changes are allowed if we have capacity to accommodate. Same day modifications or changes are only possible by calling or texting. NO SHOWS are not eligible for a refund.

Hourly, Groups or Events

Deposit and payment will be refunded minus 3% processing fee if cancelled within 3 days. Cancellations or No shows in less that 48hrs are not eligible for a refund.
